What should i expect at my 12 week appt ?

I just did my 12 week and they should be able to hear your baby's heartbeat at this visit. Usually they do a trans-l ultrasound at the first visit. It won't hurt to ask them to do one. They will feel to see where your uterus is and measure it. Other than that they'll just ask you a lot of questions about you and the fathers family medical history.
