I want a career in nursing but i don't want to do personal care or witness death. Please advise me?

I have tried isting with personal care at the care home but couldn't stop heaving and actually went sick... i have a sensitive tummy and just can't do that sort of thing... also the thought of seeing a dead person frightens me senseless lol... but i want a career in nursing but need to find know soon what kind of nursing to go into as i am doing a pre-access course and need to apply for Uni at the end of the year... i would be so grateful for your help.
