How would I prove discrimination?

I can not get a job. Interview after interview I get turned down. I know it is because of how I look. I am pretty pale and I "look like a druggie". I do not do drugs, I don't even smoke cigarettees. I find it will be pretty difficult to prove this beause they can easily say it is because of my lack of experience. But I can't get any experience if I don't get hired. I only had one job and that was because my dad was in charge of hiring at the time. How much experience does some one need to be a stocker at Target? (that's a retoricle Q). I keep applying for embly because that is what I really want to do. I am good with my hands and I find it rewarding when I complete a product. But anyway, back on topic. How can I prove that I am being dicriminated against?
