frankly speaking DISHTV is the best as it provide the cheapest package. it also provide radio channel to its viewer. by paying only rupees 180 u can enjoy happening channel like COLOURS, 9X, NDTV IMAGINE, ZEE tv , SONY , SET MAX etc.
