Getting a girl i have had a crush on for years to like me?

I like this irl named payton berry, but i dont know if she likes me. She goes to my school, and has, in the past, shown some hint of likeing me, but how do i know? i tried to ask her out before but i freaked cause i didnt know if she liked me or not. I see her this summer at the pool. i need advice or some help or tips or anything plz help me!!!!!
