Pregnant??? please help!!!?

Ok so my husband and I have been trying to Concieve for 4 months. Each month a BFN... This last week or so I have found myself running to the bathroom an abnormal amount of times to pee, sore , and moody. Last night I puked my guts up, and all day today felt queasy, s worse then ever. I took a pregnancy test and again negative. Tonight, I went to the bathroom and found VERY light red watery blood (spotting) when I wiped and in my underware, not nearly enough for a pad. My periods are very very heavy in the beginning so this is weird for me. Could I be pregnant? Or am I just psyching myself out?
