Pastafarians? A little help?

How do you eat your Instant Lunches (in the styrofoam cup) - with a spoon, or a fork? If with a fork, how do you handle all the juice, and if with a spoon, what to do about the lony noodles? I am scared I will make the wrong choice and be condemned to strippers with STDs. Can anyone help?
