Kenneth Cole Shoes?

I bought Kennth Cole shoes for $120 bucks 2 weeks ago on June 6. I didn't try it on because I had the same pair awhile back. When I got home, tried them on the left one was tight and much tighter then the right shoe. I figured it was because people were trying them on. As the week went by, my left shoe got tighter and tighter. Yesterday, I took off my shoe at work and I couldn't put it back on! I had people look at my feet and it did not look bloated at all.... I called the Kenneth Cole store where I bought my shoes and they guy asked me to come in. This has never happened to me before and it was quite funny to me. I told the guy what happened, and he said since I wore it for 2 weeks they couldn't return it. He said this kind of leather will shrink if it got wet or in the heat. They couldnt exchange it cus it was worned but offered to send it to corp and "stretch" it for me for a fee of $50 or so dollars. I told them no because I can get it stretched myself prob for $5. u guys seen b4?
