Testicle and abdominal pain.?

Hi, for the last 2 and a half weeks i have been experiencing mild testicular pain in both testicles, the pain seems to be in the back portion of the testicles. Along with this i am suffering from abdominal pain from time to time, sometimes a sharp pain that last about 20 secs and sometimes constant pain that feel like an ache and persist for about 30 mins at the most. Around about the same time that my testicles started hurting was the same time i discovered that i had dry skin on my , and it seems that every time i pull back my foreskin it kinda sticks to it so i have to use more force that i usually would, also there is a slight smell as well. Finally if it helps i have had mild lower back pain from time to time and it may not be relevant but in between my left shoulder blade and my spine it feel like a really bad ache, quite unbearable at times. thanks and if anyone can tell me anything from the symptoms i have described then i would be most grateful, and on last note, i know for a fact it has not been an std and my doctor told me that he most definitely didn't think it was cancer because there were no lumps in the testes when he examined them.
