Money troubles i need help plz?

I have some checks and im 17 so i cant get a debit card. I'ld like to buy things online with the $300-$400 I have in checks and actuall cash. You see i cant drive and the nearest walmart is over 2 hours away and my mom doesnt take me to walmart and wont. But she does take me to the bank. Is there any kind of card I can get that allows me to buy stuff online without having to open anything up at the bank or purchase anything. Such as a gift card that has the amount i want on it thats more than $50 or $100. I can walk to my bank its right down the street. But its hard to buy games and stuff and in my savings i have over $900. I just want to get something to do with my spare cash. My computer games are getting boring and tv is annoying and my friends are all playing their new games. all i got for christmas was new laptop which is fun but i dont want to be a no life and just play on the computer like my unmarried-40-year-old-uncle. I want to buy a few things online that will give me entertainment. So if there is plz let me know what it is ty. Im only planning on spending $100 to $150 the rest is going into savings. TY.
